How we organise your event

1. The initial discussion

You send us the date, addresses, number of guests and the running order of the day. We ask the right questions: ceremony times, access restrictions, special requirements.

2. The transport plan

We propose a vehicle-by-vehicle schedule with pick-up and drop-off times. You receive a detailed quote before any booking.

3. On the day

Chauffeurs arrive early, smartly dressed. They remain reachable and adapt to the unexpected: a speech that runs over, a guest who leaves early. With an hourly hire, a vehicle can stay on site all evening.
