Information collected
- Forms (journey, quote, message) : identity, phone number, email address, pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers and suitcases, flight or train reference, free text.
- Newsletter : your email, only after voluntary sign-up.
- WhatsApp conversations : number and content of conversations, handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own rules.
- Browsing : IP address, browser used, pages viewed, collected through cookies (details below).
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your request, quoting and then carrying out the journey: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.
- Invoices and bookkeeping: legal requirement.
- Newsletter: your consent, which you may withdraw via the unsubscribe link.
- Statistics and site security: legitimate interest, or prior consent depending on the cookie.
Retention periods
- Request without a booking: deleted 3 years after our last exchange.
- Completed journey and invoice: kept for 10 years for accounting purposes.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies: 13 months at most.
Recipients
Only LIMOUSINE CAB and the chauffeur assigned to your journey see this information; none of it is transferred or sold. Processors access it to run the service: IONOS (servers, France/EU), Google (email, statistics), Meta (WhatsApp). Some of it may be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Trackers and cookies
Technical cookies are used for language, security and forms. Google statistics cookies are only activated with your consent, which you can change at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer or in your browser.
Exercising your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent: send your request to [email protected], reply within one month.

Chat with us on WhatsApp
When you message us on WhatsApp, your number, profile name and message content are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) and by our provider Kapso, which hosts an automated assistant that collects the details of your request (route, date, number of passengers, name). This data is used only to answer your request and organise your ride. It is never sold or used for advertising. You may ask for its deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].
