Nice Côte d’Azur airport has not one but two terminals. They are two separate buildings, each with its own halls, drop-off areas and car parks. Going to the wrong terminal means losing time at the worst moment. Here is how to know which one concerns you, and how to find your chauffeur without hesitation.

Two terminals, two buildings
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are separate. They are linked landside by a free shuttle, but moving from one to the other with luggage takes time. It is therefore best to know the right terminal before you set off or before you land.
How do you know which terminal is yours?
Your boarding pass
This is the simplest source. The terminal is usually shown, along with the gate and boarding time.
Your airline’s app
It shows the departure and arrival terminal. Turn on notifications: if anything changes, you will be informed.
The airport website
The official website lists airlines by terminal and displays flights in real time. Depending on the period or destination, the same airline may use a different terminal: always check for your specific flight.
Low-cost airlines
Travellers often get it wrong with low-cost airlines, which are very present in Nice. Do not rely on a previous trip: check the terminal for every flight.
On arrival: meeting your chauffeur
Your chauffeur tracks your flight
With the flight number provided at booking, your chauffeur knows which terminal you arrive at and your actual landing time. He awaits you in the right place.
Meeting in the hall
Your chauffeur stands in the arrivals hall with a name board. After collecting your luggage, head for the exit: he will be there. If you cannot see him, a WhatsApp message is all it takes.
The way to the vehicle
Your chauffeur takes your cases and escorts you to the Mercedes, parked nearby. You have nothing to look for.
On departure: dropped at the right terminal
State your terminal when booking. Your chauffeur drops you at the right entrance, as close as possible to check-in. On the day, check the information one last time in your airline’s app: if it has changed, let us know during the journey.

Connections between terminals
If you are taking two flights from different terminals, allow enough connection time. With checked luggage, you may need to collect it and check it in again. Ask your airline for details.
Why a chauffeur makes the airport simpler
- He knows both terminals and how to reach them.
- He tracks your flight and adapts to delays.
- He drops you off and collects you as close as possible, with no parking to pay.
- He handles your luggage, from the hall to the boot.

The most common mistakes
Relying on a previous trip, confusing the departure and arrival terminals, or forgetting to report a flight change: these are the three usual causes of a missed meeting. A message to your chauffeur is enough to avoid them. Remember too to keep your phone switched on after landing, while you collect your luggage.
