These terms apply to anyone visiting this website, operated by LIMOUSINE CAB SAS (details in the legal notice). Continuing to browse constitutes acceptance of their content.
2. What the website offers
Here you will find our car with driver services departing from Nice: French Riviera, Monaco, long distances and ski resorts. A form lets you request a quote or a ride. This message is not binding: the ride becomes firm only when LIMOUSINE CAB confirms it (by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp) with a fare set before departure.
3. Rates
Published amounts are starting rates (“from”); tolls are included unless otherwise stated. The final amount is given to you before pick-up.
4. Waiting, cancellation, changes
Airport: one hour of free waiting time, counted from the actual landing time; the flight is tracked in real time.
Station, hotel, other address: 15 minutes free, then €15 for each quarter of an hour started.
Free cancellation: up to 24 h before the scheduled time for a journey on the French Riviera; up to 48 h before for a long-distance journey (from €300) or an hourly hire.
Late cancellation: half the price is retained; the full amount if the cancellation arrives less than 2 h before the appointment (less than 24 h for a long distance).
No-show: if nobody appears at the end of the free waiting time, the chauffeur is free to leave and the full price remains payable.
Changing a ride: free of charge up to 24 h before, subject to vehicle availability; a new itinerary means the price is recalculated.
5. Website availability
Browsing is free, day and night. An interruption for maintenance may occur without any liability on the part of LIMOUSINE CAB.
6. Limitation of liability
We take care to publish accurate, up-to-date information, without guaranteeing that no error remains. Third-party websites we link to remain the responsibility of their publishers.
7. Visitor obligations
Every request must contain truthful information (identity, number, e-mail address, times, places). Automated submissions and unlawful content are prohibited.
8. Complaints
Write to [email protected] : every message receives a reply as quickly as possible.

10. Governing law and disputes
